The Tolkien Road

A podcast about Middle-earth and all things Tolkien.

0300 » How Tolkien Saved My Life

This is our 300th episode! Given that, I decided it was time to look back on this journey, and see how far we’ve come, and reflect on everything behind us.

It struck me that, especially in the last few years, I’ve been moving at such a hurried pace that I haven’t taken enough time to do that, to simply look back and ask myself “Has this been worth it? Why am I doing this?”

In episode 300, you’ll learn how the podcast came to be, where we’re going, and the role we believe Tolkien plays in it personally.

  1. Hey brother I wish I could post this somewhere more public but this podcast is an incredible class act. I started at episode 1 and now am on 20 and counting. It’s great banter and easy listening. It is inspiring and gives hope during the often duldrum work days. I am a father of 3 small ones and I commend you and your wife for your excellent work. I will continue to share. Keep going this is awesome!!
